Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and commercial discussions at target customers
• Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
• Work closely with other Freudenberg business units, marketing and R&D to develop customer-centric solutions
• Initiate sales calls and organize visits to potential clients and end users
• Identify key decision makers in the buying process
• Investigate market trends, new technologies and competitors activities
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for sustainability and green energy by working collaboratively with customers to grow their business
• Provide detailed sales forecasts as an input for Production Planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering field or similar technical discipline
• MBA or strong business acumen is a plus
• 2 4 years of engineering experience (product, application, testing, etc)
• 2 4 years of professional sales / account management / business development
• Experience creating solutions based on customer initiatives, while understanding the industry and the business challenges they face
• Experience in project management according to APQP guidelines (IATF 16949) is helpful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidently present ideas
• Ability to effectively identify and qualify prospects within the target markets
• Knowledge of cabin air filtration and fuel cell components (i.e. filters, humidifiers) is helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
