Overview:

Graves Bros and Oaks Roofing and Siding are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. As a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for training and developing our sales team to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent coaching and mentoring skills, and a passion for driving results.

**In Home Sales Experience and Coaching required**

**Travel required - 75-80% of the position is traveling**

Duties:

- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to improve their performance and achieve sales targets

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team through regular performance reviews

- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to help individuals reach their full potential

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and closing strategies

- Assist in the development of sales training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team

- Foster a positive and motivational work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a In Home Sales Coach in a fast-paced sales environment

- Strong knowledge of outside sales with a preference of Home Improvement sales.

- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and inspire a diverse sales team

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals and close sales successfully

-Ability and willingness to travel within our territories (Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, Erie, Allentown, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland, Hartford and expanding).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
