The Responsibilities
- Generate new business by building rapport with potential customers
- Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities to grow our customer base
- Schedule free in-home estimates with homeowners

- Highly developed communication skills

- Proven customer service experience
- Customer first driven mentality
- Self-motivated, discipline, and career oriented
- Have a proven track record working independently while following successful systems and processes
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction

The Compensation
- Competetive Base Pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Total compensation potential: $70,000 - $133,000+/yr
- Eligible for $2,000 sign on bonus
