LICENSED CSR / ACCOUNT MANAGER We are a locally owned independent insurance agency in Gig Harbor and are expanding rapidly! We need a highly-organized individual to join our team full-time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have an active Property and Casualty License
• Highly organized with exceptional follow through skills
• Problem solving skills
• Detail oriented! Accuracy is critical
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and able to learn multiple carrier and industry systems.
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• EzLynx experience is a plus - but not required
• Customer Service / Administrative Responsibilities:
• You will be assisting both our existing and potential clients. Services will include collecting information, and running insurance quotes, generating time sensitive documents, endorse existing policies, and maintaining the customer data base and files.

There will be many problem solving opportunities. The person who will be a successful part of this team is someone who is independent and able to research potential solutions before asking for help. You will need to be comfortable contacting multiple customer service departments to help resolve individual problems.

Required Hours: Monday Friday 9AM 5PM Compensation: Experienced based pay plus agency growth bonuses -our success is your success! Paid PTO and Simple IRA matching benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
