What to Expect

This is not your average job. You are paid on commission, so your income is based on your effort. This is not your typical sales job. You can expect to make on average $70,000-$100,000 yearly working only from Spring thru Fall. Your first year you can realistically make $60,000

Position includes

• Marketing & Attire is provided to you.
• You will self-generate leads and clients (leads that come into the office, will be handed off based on the location of current or prior sales.)
• Property inspections and documentation.
• Utilization of POS (Point of Sales) software provided to you.
• This is not 9-5. Time management is on you. The more efficient you are with your time, the more you make.
• Training is provided on a regular basis.

Compensation

• A weekly draw against commission based on effort. (Up to $1,000/wk)
• Commission- 10%-15% depending on experience level.
• The Commission is off the Gross Sale.
• Incentives / Bonuses are available based on your effort
• Company Trip With a Plus One Also Available. Based on effort.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
