Retail Sales Associate

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Jewelry and watch repair intake -Custom Design
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Experience:
- Previous experience in Jewelry retail sales

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Basic understanding of retail math for accurate transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $43,399.00 - $75,000.00 per year
