Full description of the position

Onsite in St. Louis, MO. Requires travel up to 25% of the time. From $50,000/year.

To learn more, please visit us at [please apply online] Power is looking for an Inside Engine Sales & Customer Support Representative at our St. Louis, MO location. This position will engage in a limited sales role while also providing customer support and administrative functions for the Engine Sales department. You will be responsible for customer management, product quoting, compliance reporting, and other support responsibilities. You will support the Kubota engine distribution segment of the business and primarily assist the service dealer network with product inquiries and associated reporting required.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the product line and systems required to fulfill the role.
  • Field product inquiries from customers and prepare quotations.
  • Assist customers with general information requests.
  • Support the outside sales team with product inquiries.
  • Assist with EPA compliance reporting.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel as required up to 25% of the time to customer locations.
  • Experience generating reports under deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
  • High level of initiative, personal integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

What Helps:

  • Experience with diesel engines or similar equipment preferred.
  • Experience with EPA or other government compliance reporting a plus.
