Techline Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work in the Odessa, TX branch.

Primary Purpose: The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for taking incoming calls, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and supporting outside sales team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory

Education and experience requirements:

• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Minimum of one year sales-based work experience required

Supervisory responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
