PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Industrial or technical sales experience; machining and/or heat treat experience strongly preferred.
• Awesome written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in a technical discipline preferred, degree in Business or Marketing also welcome.
• Strong computer skills, including CRM (ACT or similar)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work within a professional and office environment.
• Must be able to perceive customer needs and communications sufficiently to close a sale.
• Must be able to communicate effectively by both written and oral means.
• Must be able to combine technical understanding with sales skills.
• Must be able to drive passenger vehicles for multiple hours at a time.
• Some overnight travel required. Territory is primarily PA plus other locations based on customer accounts.
• Tech Savy with strong business acumen.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals for new accounts, existing accounts, and account retention
