Job Summary:

TSR Concrete Coatings & ReVamp Companies are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our polyurea concrete coatings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, experience with concrete coatings and flooring solutions, and a passion for building relationships with clients. We have experienced rapid growth within the last 6 years, and were looking for a great addition to the team! This is a full-time, commission-based position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients
• We provide 3 - 5 preset appointments per day
• NO COLD CALLING - Self generated sales are encouraged
• Weekly Commission on sales and monthly sales bonus program
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking activities
• Present and promote our polyurea concrete coating solutions to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Stay current on industry trends and developments
• Our company has embraced the digital age and opportunities will be given to the individuals that show aptitude with digital contracts, Ipads, and cloud based software!

Requirements:

• 1+ years of outside sales experience, with a focus on concrete coatings and flooring solutions is always welcomed
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets & closing sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $115,000.00 per year
