Precision Design Source is a design studio located in Pleasanton featuring high-end custom cabinetry, appliances, countertops and flooring.

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to generate and qualify leads supporting our sales staff who sell custom cabinetry to high end contractors that build custom and production homes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generates and qualifies leads through B2B prospects, promotes company services and very persistent in acquiring potential new customers

• Communicate leads to Sales Executives and follow-up to ensure job was bid and opportunity was maximized

• Receive, qualify and distribute incoming sales queries

• Measure and report results (# of calls, leads generated, outstanding contact dates, etc.)

• Manage lead database, ensuring data integrity

• Verify and update contact information in system to ensure high quality leads

• Document all customer/system actions diligently and accurately

• Make follow up calls to prospective clients on the packets that were mailed out

• Acquire contact information through (websites, public documentation, referrals, networking, etc.)

• Create opportunities and coordinate Lunch and Learn events for Sales Executives

• Send personalized marketing packets to generate interest among potential leads

• Other functions as assigned by the Lead Account Manager and Director of Sales

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Must have excellent phone skills and with verbal communication skills

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong sales skills

• Must be extremely organized

• Highly self-motivated and results oriented is essential

• Ability to work with little supervision

• Strong attention to detail

• Adaptable to change

• Positive attitude is essential

• BONUS SKILL: basic understanding of the construction processes and how cabinetry fits within the construction timeline in order to answer general questions

Compensation:
$75k - $80k per year based on experience
