Reno Solar is locally owned and operated in the heart of Reno. Our office is located by the side of the Reno-Tahoe Airport. We are the fastest-growing solar company in Northern Nevada. This role is ideal for goal-oriented, self-motivated professionals who thrive on meeting new people.
As a Solar Pro, you will generate qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Representatives to provide important information to homeowners about the benefits of transitioning to solar energy.
Compensation:
- No commission cap
- sign on bonus (Conditions apply)
- The average pay for reps with no previous experience $35,000-$55,000 (Listed range refers to this average only)

Responsibilities:
- Generate customer base by identifying customer needs; set appointments from calling warm/hot/cold leads, door to door, online marketing, referrals.
- Explain products and services to customers
- Collect and process customer detail
- Become a solar expert and gain the confidence needed to dominate every work conversation.
- Either excel in your job role setting, closing, or grow to manage a team or develop a manager position.
- Set quality appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Computer skills are a plus
