- Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within the designated portfolio of existing or new clients in each territory.
- Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics.
- Track activities and customer information in CRM data base (Sales Force/ Business Express); accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts and key opinion leaders, including client collections.
- Ensure up to date clinical and/or technical knowledge to communicate with customers and prospects.
- Contribute to market intelligence, gain knowledge of the competition and market evolution; and report any adverse event regarding products to regulatory bodies in due date (such as pharmacovigilance).
- Work closely with operations, marketing and internal departments to ensure product and service availability to delivery on time.
- Identify and convert opportunities for up-sales & cross-sales.
- Participate in events and fairs, as well as marketing campaigns.
- Relevant sales experience in high-tech and complex products related sales, ideally with 5-7 years experience in a similar role in the radiotherapy, pharmaceutical or medical devices field.
- Strong communication ability to persuade customers, listen to their needs, and address their concerns.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people, build relationships, and network.
- Client-oriented, ensuring efficient sales processes and professional contacts.
- Stress-resistant and solution-oriented, as you will be between the requirements of the customer and the internal constraints.
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
- Proactive and eager to learn, to improve and gain responsibility.
- Ability to take the lead on relevant initiatives.
