Our growing Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager in the Hartford area. The candidate must have experience as a Property Manger and must be a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist. The Candidate will have experience in management of large apartment communities including management of all operational aspects, management of client expectations, management of complex issues, such as fiduciary, physical facility maintenance coordination and HUD/CHFA requirements. The candidate must have a strong property management experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include:

-Re-certifications

-Move in/out procedures and paperwork

-Lease audits

-Adhere to timely completion of required monthly reporting.

-Coordination of REAC, MOR and other agency inspections/audit preparations.

-Market and rent apartments by taking all steps to achieve full occupancy.

-Adhere to all agency waiting list, marketing, affirmative marketing and application processing, procedures and policies.

-Effectively manage employees, contractors and vendors
