We are seeking money motivated individuals to become seasoned Brand Ambassadors for the nation's 37th largest remodeling company, located right here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

This position is responsible for lead generation by scheduling free at home estimates for residential homeowners. This is a great stepping stone to a career in Sales. We offer advancement opportunities. You will be the face of the company as a door-door brand ambassador setting high quality leads. We are looking for the next top producer- top producers are making $52,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually.

This is a Full Time Job that Pays Hourly + Aggressive Commission and Bonus Plans and a 2k Sign on Bonus!!! There are daily, weekly, and monthly cash and prize giveaways for the top Brand Ambassador. Don't miss this great opportunity to hit the ground running with your next career.

-Hourly base pay plus enticing weekly and monthly commissions.

-Earning potential ranging from $52,000 to $135,000 per year.

-Opportunities for advancement into team management roles, with annual earnings of $85,000 to $155,000.

-We are base hourly (our base pay guaranteed is $18 hourly) with Experience $20 (with minimum 1 year experience).

-The average hourly wage is currently $33.75 (base plus bonuses and spiffs).

Responsibilities Include:

Attend daily meetings highlighting productions and sales

Constantly working to improving your pitch

Work at a fast pace- knock on a high volume of doors

Work in a competitive team environment

Be a self starter and highly motivated

Expectation Include:

Strong attendance record

Positive attitude

Professional appearance

Produce at least five leads per week

Qualifications Include:

Previous door to door a plus

Previous sales or customer service experience a plus

Love the outdoors - this is an outdoor position rain or shine

Desire to be free from an office environment

18 years of age or older

Dependable transportation to and from our Auburn office

Driven to succeed in a Marketing / Sales Environment
