OFFICE & SALES SPECIALIST

We are seeking an Office Specialist & Sales person to join the QW team! At QW, your role will include a variety of office related administrative tasks and sales efforts. Responsibilities will include sales support projects, order entry, communication with manufacturers, product catalog maintenance and of course, talking with customers! A top-notch team is of utmost importance and you will be encouraged to utilize your creative energy and talent. We are a local, family owned company looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill this exciting role. Bachelors level education is required.

HOW WE DO THINGS

Our team is not compensated via direct commission. We utilize a sales commission share program that allows all of our team to work in lockstep together. Because of this, we never have inter-staff commission related conflict. We think that a positive, collaborative culture creates a much more enjoyable workplace environment. And, our commission share program allows all our staff to reap the rewards of a busy and successful month and allows for 'upside' compensation potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Entry
• Order Processing
• Generate Purchase Orders
• Filing/Organizing
• Communicating with Manufacturers
• Product Catalog Maintenance
• Talking with customers on the showroom floor / phone / webchat
• Maintain sales tools and records
• Assist in website development/design
• Assist with customer design needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High level attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and technology
• Sales experience helpful
• Bachelors level education required

SCHEDULE

• Full time preferred (40 hours) | Open to part time arrangements
• Set schedule every week
• Schedule will include Saturdays
• Holiday time off (we are closed on Major Holidays)
• Every Sunday off (closed)
• All Evenings off (closed by 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays)
