Full description of the position

Job Duties:

• Must be able to handle all aspects of rental and sales. From conversating with customers to find out their needs to supply them on the appropriate products for them.
• Maintain all product knowledge on the features and benefits of equipment offered by dealership.
• Stay up to date on competitive brands or products.
• Maintain sales information to all customers.
• Have clear communication to customers on the details of the item they are purchasing or renting.
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new or used goods.
• Stay up on current rental inventory and pricing!
• Ensure rental schedules are constantly gone over to maximize rentals on each unit.
• Properly filling out paperwork.

Job Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 2 YEARS MINIMUM of true in-depth construction and agricultural equipment experience. This includes product makes, models, usage type etc. (This is a must, no exceptions)
• Muat be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions is a must.
• Excell Spreadsheets- Must be able to create and use Excell spreadsheets appropriately.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent Customer relationship skills.
• Must know uses of construction equipment and attachments to keep up rental management assistance.
• Reliable transportation to and from office location.

Additional Job Duties:

• Selling and renting new brands such as Mahindra, Rhino Ag, CID, Wacker Neuson, Sitrex, Shaver, Premier Attachments, Ag Spray Sprayers, Tar River/ Belco Products and MORE!
• Renting and selling late model new and used construction equipment such as Bobcat, Cat, Mahindra, Hitachi, Deere, Boxer, Toro, Barretto, Wacker Neuson, Case, Link Belt, Lieberr, New Holland and MUCH MORE.
• Will be responsible for selling every aspect of company's services and products to support customer basis.
• Applicant will be responsible for upholding optimal sales and rental levels, quarterly reviews will take place to optimize tools and knowledge to sell.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
