Now Hiring Healthcare Sales Representative
Salary: $50,000-$80,000/year
Location: Rochester, Syracuse, or Albany areas preferred.

In our model, we focus on making routine care better, provide access to wellness & increase overall engagement. We are looking for a skilled Heathcare Sales Representative with a proven record of relationship building with healthcare providers and professionals to join our team at Lenora Healthcare. If you have experience selling products or services to healthcare providers, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by promoting our innovative solutions to healthcare providers.

What youll do:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to target healthcare providers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations to promote our products and services.
- Communicating the benefits of our "provider direct" approach and collaborating with the management team to drive business growth.
- Identifying key markets and establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Analyzing sales data to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Managing relationships with healthcare providers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Contributing to our client acquisition and retention efforts to maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
What youll need:
- Proven outbound sales experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare technical services or hospital technology sales.
- Experience calling on hospitals, doctor networks, doctor offices, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience working in a health insurance company or brokerage would be highly advantageous.
