Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly motivated driven leader to join our Klick Solar Sales Team! As a Solar Sales Setter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of setters to generate leads and appointments! You will play a key role in driving the growth of our solar business by implementing effective strategies, managing the sales setter team, and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

Salary: $80,000-$150,000 (Commission + Bonuses)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Flexible Hours and Shifts)

Location: Denver

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of solar sales professionals and exceed sales targets
• Manage and direct a sales staff to hit and maintain weekly/monthly sales goals
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and homeowners
• Scheduling and facilitating weekly meetings and trainings, overseeing training for new hires/retrains when necessary
• Lead from the front when prospecting and generating interest with new homeowners and schedule an appointment for an in-home presentation.

Job Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience within outside sales/canvassing
• Solar Sales experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong leadership and/or management skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to reliably commute
