Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Business Developer for SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility/ Nursing Home). to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth. As a Corporate Business Developer for SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility/ Nursing Home), you will play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall expansion and success of the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Nursing Home through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the Nursing Home
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis for the Nursing Home
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
