Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
As the Sales Manager at Best Choice Roofing, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our roofing business through strategic sales planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management. Your expertise in door-to-door sales and your ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies will be essential to achieving our company's goals.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members, especially in door-to-door sales techniques.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Customer Collaboration: Ensure a positive and high quality customer experience through all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a strong background in door-to-door sales.
- Extensive knowledge of roofing products, materials, and installation processes.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
