Overview:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will serve as a pivotal business partner, driving efficiency and fostering collaboration within our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing processes and maximizing sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Partner with Regional Sales managers to execute on strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Process Optimization and Efficiency:

  • Evaluate existing sales processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Implement sales automation tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Develop and enforce sales policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Monitor department performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Implement performance metrics and dashboards to track individual and team performance effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
