Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will serve as a pivotal business partner, driving efficiency and fostering collaboration within our sales and operations teams. Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Partner with Regional Sales managers to execute on strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
- Evaluate existing sales processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Implement sales automation tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop and enforce sales policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Monitor department performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Implement performance metrics and dashboards to track individual and team performance effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
