$30,000 Base salary + Commission + Bonuses

The Andrew Ruf AAA Agency opened our doors in Haslett, Michigan on April 5th, 2021. We are the exclusive AAA Agency in the wonderful town of Haslett Michigan and have had tremendous growth in the first 3 years.

- Sales Insurance Representatives will be in charge of direct contact with current insurance clients, prospecting for new insurance clients, and working effectively in a sales team environment.

- No prior insurance experience is needed, but a great attitude is essential. Licensing in property and casualty insurance will be required for employment.

- The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, detail oriented, and be able to learn as the industry is constantly changing. Basic computer knowledge will be a benefit, but can be taught to the candidate with the "can do" attitude.

- Compensation will be salary + commission so your income will be determined by your drive. The average annual income for a team member is $50,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
