Overview: Since 1977, Echelon Supply and Service has been a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications throughout the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Gonzales, LA.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customers' orders as they are received
• Provide excellent customer service for customers; both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with placing orders or providing them quotes
• Help ensure inventory is available and accurate
• Effectively source and purchase materials for orders
• Help Outside Sales with orders and quotes by making sales calls
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts while building foundations for new customer relationships
• Use of CRM system to track sales calls and activities performed
• Assist with fulfilling orders, as needed

Qualifications:

• Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of sales success preferred but not required
• Must be able to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
