Bellman & Symfon North America Inc. ([please apply online] is currently looking for a highly qualified and motivated hands-on Sales Representative Product Specialist for the US/North America.

About the position:
As Sales Representative - Product Specialist, you will be directly responsible for:

• Finding new potential customers in (y)our targeted channels
• Setting up and conducting online and in-person product training and sales meetings
• Understanding and documenting the customers' needs and wants
• Customer follow-ups
• Managing our product demo room, including equipment and products
• Weekly performance reporting

You will also:

• Participate in Exhibitions, Conventions, and similar events
• Proactively follow up on given tasks and find ways for continuous improvements within our company
• Other tasks communicated with the Sales manager or the CEO

Skills, expertise, and competencies (minimum requirements)

• Bachelors degree in business, ideally with a major in marketing.
• Sales experience: You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in qualified sales to professional users and procurement programs of hardware consumer products. Experience from US Federal or State government channels is meriting.
• Technical skills: You have a strong interest in technical devices and quickly understand how to operate them
• Presentational skills: You are highly talented in presenting yourself and your products in a professional and efficient way
• Track record: You have a proven and documented track record in sales that you can present to us
• Proficiency in utilizing sales technology tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, and ChurnZero) is meriting
• American English is your mother tongue; other languages are meriting
• Ability to travel

Compensation

• Base salary and bonus system
