Job Title: Business Development Representative Industrial Cleaning
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SUPPLIES**
As a full-time Earthsafe Chemical Alternative Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships in the industrial cleaning sector. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, understand their cleaning needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will collaborate closely with management and operational staff to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities include:
Establish and maintain strong relationships at the decision-maker level, demonstrating a deep understanding of prospective customers' needs and effectively communicating.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that address client needs and concerns.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition and implementation of contracts.
- Demonstrating competitive drive and determination, to navigate through red flags and deliver expected results.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and promote long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct thorough and aggressive research to identify, qualify, and target potential clients with a New England presence and eventually Nationwide.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required. Financial acumen in understanding operations, financial modeling, and proposal development.
- Demonstrating strong oral communication skills, presentation skills, and computer skills.
- Position requires flexibility to travel, including overnight as needed.
