Sea View Senior Living in Brookings, OR is seeking a passionate and strong customer-oriented Community Relations Director. This position is responsible for directing all sales and marketing activities including all sales efforts, the lead bank and sufficient calls required for sales conversions, coordinating special events, gathering appropriate documentation for move-ins and communicating with the Executive Director on all appropriate matters.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred in a related field
• A minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a in Marketing and Sales position; work in a senior living community is preferred.
• Must be able to speak English proficiently.
• Training available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $65,000

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
