As a Sales Rep, you will have a positive impact on the growth of this expanding local fencing company. In this role, you will actively seek out and engage customer prospects and follow up on leads. Estimate leads and answer customer questions promptly. Endless sales commission with on-target earnings of over 100k and a company vehicle to drive your earnings potential. Leads are stacked up and ever-flowing waiting for you to deliver consultations and quotes to homeowners and build relationships. The pricing quotes are pre-built and agreed to. Your presence and people skills will gain trust and get the final commitment from the homeowner to schedule the installation.

The Need: This opportunity offers a unique blend of relationship building, project management skills, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to meet deadlines. The position is based in central Indiana and includes a company car, iPhone, and iPad.

What youll do:

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Perform estimates for potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and business relationships
• Timely response and follow-up to incoming customer leads
• Achieve established sales targets and outcomes
• Attend company tradeshows once a year

Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma and a valid Drivers License
• Experience as a sales rep and highly motivated to meet/exceed sales targets
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Knowledgeable of G-Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
• Good time management and organizational skills
