Automotive Sales Manager/ Back Up Finance

A Unique Sales Manager opportunity....Your main goal and responsibility will be working close with our sales staff and Finance, working and closing deals as well as manage and monitor salespeople's daily sales activity, coaching & training to improve performance and development of sales staff

Prior experience in a dealership Sales Department, automotive sales, or in the selling of financial products.

Are you currently an experienced Sales person looking to move up? Or maybe a Finance Manager looking to move up? Then this could be the position for you!

Steady work history

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) scores

Work with Salespeople to determine the best vehicle selection for customer needs and wants as well as assist sales team members with closing deals

Work with Sales people to contact customers by phone, text and email to help drive traffic and produce deals

Ensuring that the sales department is organized, clean and well-maintained at all time

Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers

Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and not be playing on your phone all day

Back Up Finance (when needed)

Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship

Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
