In this role, your primary responsibilities include:-
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Expanding the customer base by actively prospecting and generating leads.
- Cabinet Solution Recommendations: Understanding customer needs to recommend products that align with their requirements by demonstrating working knowledge of our companys cabinet products and customization options.
- Proposal Presentation & Closing Sales: Deliver accurate quotes and proposals to potential and existing customers and close sales.
- Project Management: Handle individual projects from inception to completion by managing cabinet projects from planning to installation.
- Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail customers to assess their needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
You have the following necessary skills and experience:-
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the cabinet manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Knowledge of CAD design, cabinet manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Compensation will range from $52,000 to $124,600 depending on your qualifications. Work hours are 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:00am to 2:30pm Friday. Other benefits include paid-time-off, medical insurance, dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, HSA, and retirement plan options.
