**Position: Sales/Project Management**

**Salary:** Commission-based ($40k-400k+ potential)

**Training:** Paid training provided for 12 weeks

**Benefits:** Full Health and Dental available after 90 days, paid for by the company

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead generation and project management

- Flexible schedules working out in the field

- Engage with homeowners and businesses to address weather-related damages and repair needs

**Requirements:**

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Computer and phone skills

- Strong communication and organizational abilities

- Ability to climb a ladder

- Experience in the industry is beneficial but not necessary

Pay: $40,000.00 - $550,000.00 per year
