Are you outgoing and self-motivated? Do you have good interpersonal, organizational and communicative skills? Then join our team! We are looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative. No cold calling all leads are provided. As a Sales Representative for Trenton Roofing & Siding, your primary goals are to engage with customers, give an interactive sales presentation, create proposal contracts and follow-up with any unsold leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects and acquire new business
• Service existing clients
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Estimate, negotiate and close on new installation and existing repair projects

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 2+ years experience in sales with strong track record of success
• Prior knowledge of roofing or general contracting is a plus
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team to meet or exceed goals
