We are opening our newest store location in April. This new location will be located in Kailua. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing warm and friendly customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers and team members. Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business

- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

- Retail and/or sales experience of 3+ years (required)

- Sunglass sales experience (strongly preferred)

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (required)

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills (required)

- Japanese language skills (preferred)

- Ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and sell products to customers

- Open availability, including weekends (required)

- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes

- Knowledge of electronics sales is desirable but not mandatory

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 40 per week
