Counter Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for providing customer service and answering questions about products and services.

Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must have a clean driving record.
Supporting the brand image and maintaining brand standards in customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service. Answers questions for over the phone, via email, or in person. Identifies customer needs, provides information about product/service options and answer questions regarding products/services. Follows up on calls or inquiries to follow up on outstanding issues or issues that may require attention from multiple departments/people. Ensures each customer receives the best service and follow up on outstanding issues that may require attention from multiple departments/people. Maintains product inventory by calling customers that have pending orders or returns and follow up on out-of-stock items as needed. Maintains accurate records of customer calls, pending orders, out-of-stock items, sales transactions and shipping information within the system or within individual systems used by departments/people within the organization as required by those departments to ensure efficiency in their respective departments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
