Sales Operations Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking to get into the world of sales, marketing and operations for an industry leader? Then SEA is looking for you.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to work directly with SEAs Sales and Operations teams, senior management to assist in various activities for SEAs sales and business operations. Activities will include online sales and account research, analyzing customer activities, researching companies and contacts to target for outbound sales, as well as assisting in the creation and execution of sales automation processes and reporting. The position will also include work assisting SEAs Chief Operating Officer, who oversees all day to day operations for the company, include the marketing, sales, support and development teams, with operational tasks and logistics.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a challenging environment, has a great work ethic, is motivated to learn and grow, is accountable and who can deliver on assignments. SEA will provide full product training on SEA solutions. This position is based out of Garden City, NY and is an in office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing lead and account distribution in the company sales and support platform
• Create and manage reporting on sales opportunities, lead generation and other KPI's.
• Research potential accounts and accounts for outbound lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn
• Generate and compile customer marketing lists from internal CRM systems
• Assist Chief Operating Officer with day to day sales operations

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• College Degree or equivalent
• Interest and knowledge in management, sales and operations
• Interest in computer systems a must
• Independent, Intelligent and fast learner who wants to constantly improve knowledge on current technology and grow as a professional
• Professional appearance
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Comfortable in meetings and phone outreach to new prospective customers
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Pay: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
