SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REP SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Account Representative will perform a variety of customer service and sales related duties.

SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REP DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily invoicing to customers, and export invoices, including reviewing, processing, and sending to customers.
• Creating purchase orders and monitored shipment and on-time deliveries.
• Keep customers and logistics keyholders abreast about concerns with products and timely deliveries.
• Execute internal process for import and export (e-CRS, LRTC, Item Master, AB# etc.).
• Resolve issues with invoices and systems. Work with other departments such as sales, accounting, and logistics including suppliers and customers.
• Collections of past due invoices including reporting for management on past dues with explanations.
• Participate in monthly closing, preparing month-end accrual journal entries and reporting as needed.
• Calculate purchase orders based on customer requests, forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, and lead time.
• Provide effective telephone & written communication with key stakeholders.
• Other duties and projects as needed.

SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REP EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal Supply Chain Account Representative will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Logistics or a related field; with 1 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
