At OSGO HOME, we are dedicated to providing top-notch home solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive payments by cash, credit card, debit, and checks.
• Execute the sales plan provided by management.
• Maximize the average purchase per customer and minimize the number of customers that do not purchase.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, guides, and training programs.
• Supervise and ensure staff performance is aligned with established programs.
• Attend required meetings.
• Foster a skilled and committed team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Excellent logistics, organizational, and listening skills.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Total commission
• Average Total Ticket sale
• Spif program
• Customer service
• Sales effectiveness index
