Inside Sales Representative

Metals USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ambridge PA. Metals USA is a solid, growth oriented, carbon steel (plate, beam and tube) distribution center servicing the defense, commercial, construction, aerospace and fabrication industries.

Responsibilities:

• Generates value added business and introduces products to established clients with the coordination of the Outside Sales Representative.
• Maintains key customers to ensure a continued base of profitable industrial business.
• Identifies the target lead decision maker in order to initiate the sale.
• Provides profitable transactional business through solicitation, quoting, email or other tools to grow the business.
• Estimates & quotes customer projects; plans and executes the sales plan; responds to the customers request and collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of customer product.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
• Three to Five year of industrial experience; preferably in structural steel/ fabrication
• Ability to communicate effectively with professional demeanor to ensure sales success
• Ability to learn new skills and technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
