Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an RDS Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Automotive Sales experience required. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Providing accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and financing options.
• Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle features effectively.
• Negotiating and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Following up with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
• Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful car salesman, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
