What we're looking for in a future team member:
We would prefer agents with experience in the business (1 3 years of sales experience preferred) and has an active real estate license, but are willing to train the right candidate. We want someone who is FUN, who believes that a team of people can provide a better experience than a solo agent, someone who strives to provide above and beyond customer service (a 6-star experience as we say here at the TMT), and someone who can "work a room" and enjoys doing so, strong written and verbal communication skills, competitive, team player, consistent persistent (we will always out-work our competition).

Responsibilities

• Full Service Real Estate Agent
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Qualifications

• Past sales experience is preferred

Compensation:

This role is commission based but within your first year, you could make $100,000 - $150,000.
