Position: Customer Service / Sales Representative

About the Position

True View is seeking a customer service / sales representative for our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. The position will provide support to our office manager as well as homeowners and account customers in the Tucson area. The ideal candidate is experienced in the windows, showers and/or glass. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our team at True View. Strong customer service/sales skills and attention to detail are a must. Pay DOE

Responsibilities Include:

Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally. Gather information necessary to provide price quotes for services requested.

Follow up with customers on open quotes and secure the sale.
Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.
Communicate with customers via email correspondence or verbally to provide follow-up information, request signatures, deposits, and/or payments.
Maintain a respectful manner over phone and in person with customers / employees.
Resolve any customer issues.
Update and maintain customer files including creating projects, inputting notes, appointments, etc. in CRM program.
Research and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
Learn and maintain product knowledge.
Maintain conversion and sales goals. Strive to meet all personal and departmental goals.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior customer service and sales experience.

Knowledge of glass and glazing industry preferred.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

Must be self-motivated and have strong time management and organizational skills.

Computer literacy. Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Salesforce experience is a plus.

TEAM player is a MUST. Contribute to a positive environment.

Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.

Quickbooks experience a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
