Commercial & Architectural Inside Sales Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial and Architectural Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial sales team and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and coordinating all commercial projects with the ability of reading blueprints and conducting take-offs.

- Quoting projects and maintaining accuracy in the pricing of all projects.

- Work with the National Vinyl O/S territorial Sales Managers, Architectural Rep., and their customers to assure growth in the commercial segment.

-Field travel to job sites occasionally to review field testing.

- Help develop new processes for the commercial department.

- Tracking and updating all project flow schedules.

- Tracking and updating project revenue.

The right candidate will have:

- Construction Background

- Window experience is preferred

- Blueprint knowledge and conducting take-offs is preferred.

- Strong Communication Skills

- Develops understanding of customer needs

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Office 365)

- CAD Drawing experience a plus
