Adirondack Broadcastings five-station cluster has a vacancy for an experienced ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Queensbury, NY. If you are aggressive, creative, energetic, and enjoy building client relationships, then WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU! Digital/radio/event sales experience is a plus.

Our account executives will professionally represent local radio stations like Froggy 100.3, Big Country 107.1, Classic Hits Q101.7, Fox Sports Radio 97.9/1230AM and Magic Oldies. The #1 trait we hire for is WINNING ATTITUDE! We are looking for driven individuals who refuse to lose or compromise their level of success even in an unsteady economy.

This is not a remote position, and the right candidate will be expected to report to the office daily (Mon-Fri), with some travel as well.

Requirements:

• SELF-STARTER
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to overcome objections
• In-depth knowledge of area marketplaces and competition
• Must be able to engage in all levels of sales activities including proposal building, prospecting, relationship management, and closing sales
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to/from calls
