With a steady flow of pre-set, confirmed sales appointments , you'll have the tools you need to excel in this role and earn a substantial income.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in a direct sales or in-home consultation role, ideally in the home improvement, medical equipment, or related industry.
• Product Presentation: Expertly present Independent Home's walk-in tub products, highlighting their features, benefits, and value, tailored to each customer's specific needs and concerns.
• Customized Solutions: Assess customers' bathrooms and living spaces to recommend the most suitable walk-in tub solutions, taking into account their unique physical requirements and lifestyle.
• Run Confirmed Leads: Travel within your local market area and attend an average of two leads per day, meeting with potential customers at their homes.
• Utilize Marketing Materials: Leverage cutting-edge marketing materials during appointments to educate and engage customers effectively.
• Be a Team Player: Embrace our culture of teamwork and unity, working collaboratively with colleagues and management.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to create a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

1) Driven and Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to achieve and surpass personal sales targets.

2) Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for helping people, strong empathy, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of customers through excellent product recommendations.

4) Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a late-model, reliable car for daily travel.

5) Product Knowledge (Preferred): Previous experience in selling home improvement products, especially in the walk-in tub and shower industry, is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
