Seeking goal oriented individual for employment with Stable Long-Term Growth Company specializing in Pipe Lining, Commercial Plumbing Repair, Sewer-Drain Video Inspection and Cleaning Services throughout the state of Florida. Industry leader with over 20 years experience and over 40 million dollars of contract exposure in the past 10 years.

Job Summary:

Converting opportunities into projects by answering & tracking current volume of inbound opportunities, to include Needs Identification; Pricing, Detailing, Creating & Submitting Proposals as well as Project Capture. Statewide travel in company vehicle or as compensated is required when necessary. Please inquire for further details.

Accountabilities:

Hands-On Management of Current Opportunities, to include placement in the Sales Cycle, while Maintaining; Customer Satisfaction & Accuracy.

Contacts and visits prospects to demonstrate the advantages of companys services, while exhibiting prepared samples.

Gathers adequate details and creates accurate Scope's of Work for proposals, submits proposals to customer in a timely manner, appropriate follow-up communication with customer.

Maintains contact with clients over short-term and long-term sales periods.

Prepares material for, executes set-up for and attends trade shows.

Reports weekly on Sales & Marketing Efforts.

Job Qualifications:

Drivers License & Reliable Transportation

Education: Preferred but not required, Marketing, Estimating, Computers, etc. or related field, In the absence of Education well documented, verifiable performance will be required.

Must be proficient with Technology & min. 2 years of Quickbooks Experience !

Experience: Minimum 5 years of documented estimating / sales experience, with 3 years of Mechanical, Plumbing, Contracting, Service Industry required.

Must have a documented history of sales performance and verifiable references.

Requirement: 3 Verifiable, Credible References

NO Felons; Theft, Fraud or Sexual Convictions will not be tolerated, No Drug or Alcohol Convictions within the past 3 years, Criminal Records will be scrutinized.

Must be able to Work a minimum of 47.5 hours Per Week, Hours are 7:00 5:00 M-F

Some Statewide Travel is Required

Compensation:

Base salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually, based on candidates qualifications and experience.

Estimated Bonus - $40,600.00 - $72,000.00 annually, currently realized by employees, please inquire for more details.
