Aspire Home is a brand new luxury furniture and bedding business in Kennebunk, ME. We are engaging, rewarding, creative and our goal is to Aspire for Greatness by showing our clients that furniture can be exciting, relaxing, and elegant all in one. As an Aspire Home Sales Associate, you will provide guidance and education through the sales process. You will be the authority on our product lines to educate the consumer of features that they offer and to address any problems or concerns they have through the design process.

As a Sales Associate, you will receive a base rate salary plus commission. You will also be eligible for paid vacation, paid holidays, and employee discounts.

You may visit client homes to complete home consultations.

You must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems.

.Starting base rate of $25,000 Salary for the first 60 Days, commission will then begin at this point and will be paid out monthly. The sky's the limit

This might be for you if have the following skills and abilities:

• Sales or customer success experience preferred
• High energy and personal engagement skills
• Ability to read floor plans is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with strong emphasis on listening, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Computer skills are a must
• Knowledge of a CRM system (customer relationship management)
• Ability to adhere to high personal performance standards, integrity, business ethics and the desire for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
