Full description of the position

OVERVIEW

Join the CloudHesive team as an AWS Business Development Representative. Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in driving CloudHesive's growth. Empower our clients and prospects to tap into the immense possibilities of cloud technologies.

Location: This is a HYBRID role based out of Seattle, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively scout for new business opportunities via cold calls and other prospecting methods.

  • Cultivate and refine Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

  • Engage with leads, conduct initial BANT assessments, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our Account Executives.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by creating valuable opportunities.

  • Articulate the unique benefits of CloudHesive's offerings persuasively to potential clients.

  • Diagnose client challenges and position our services as tailored solutions.

  • Forge and nurture partnerships with AWS associates.

  • Meet daily performance benchmarks, including but not limited to, outbound call volume and contact engagement.

  • Efficiently manage, monitor, and move qualified leads through the Salesforce pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year in IT sales.

  • Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets in B2B contexts, especially in outbound roles.

  • Proven proficiency in building and nurturing customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • An eagerness to embrace and master new technologies and techniques.

  • Must obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification within the initial 30 days of joining.

  • Must be comfortable and articulate in client-facing solution selling.

  • Prior experience in selling managed services or cloud/hybrid services.

  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills a must.

  • Must be knowledgeable with the following technologies:

  • Knowledgeable in Amazon Web Services and/or other cloud technologies; Contact Center and Unified Communications; Virtualization technologies; Managed Services

  • Security solution selling a plus.

CERTIFICATES

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner required 30 days from employment.

  • Certified Sales Development Rep from the AA-ISP, preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to 10-20% travel
