Zephyr Solutions, LLC was founded in 2008 and has since become a leading supplier of compressed gases to retail chains, with delivery to every big city and small town throughout all 50 United States. Zephyr is headquartered in Avon, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.

Brief Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with team members on business strategy to determine customer objectives, unmet needs, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, prospect, and qualify account opportunities by completing appropriate research on the prospective clients business and needs
• Support the development of a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
• Populate CRM fields to keep current repository of lead, contact, and communication details
• Ensure sales efforts support the overall strategy and goals
• Manage customer relationships within new and existing sales channels
• Maximize sales growth to existing accounts by adding new products and/or expanding ales into new locations
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and close new opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred
• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably within Industrial Gas markets (Manufacturing, Mining, Laboratories, HVAC, Shipping and Food & Beverage)
• Understanding of Zephyr Commercial Processes and capabilities
• Understanding of the Zephyr Value Proposition and the ability to communicate key messages in the pursuit of New Business Development

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
