As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Sales managers play a crucial role in building and leading a high-performing sales team. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Continuously providing coaching and support is essential to enhance the team's performance and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry. Ultimately, a successful sales manager is a dynamic leader who drives sales success while fostering a motivated and customer-centric team. You report to the General Management, Chief Operations Management and/or the Board of Directors.
Your essential functions, up to but not limited to :
- Increasing revenue, gross profit and net profitability
- Responsible for leading and overseeing all sales operation functions
- Structuring and hosting effective meeting presentations to sales staff for excelled results
- Implement and reinforce company approved sales strategies to increase profitability
- Drive positive brand experiences for both employees and customers resulting in customer facing reviews and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and generate leads
- Monitor sales performance reports and provide timely analysis and decision making to increase profitability
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 4 years of fast paced sale experience required
- Prior Management experience Required
- Prior Roofing Experience Required.
- Experience in working under a structured environment to meet deliverable expectations.
- Demonstrates ability to drive operational excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $150,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Monthly bonus
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Roofing: 2 years (Required)
