The Volume Cars Auto Group is family owned and operated in the Greater Chicagoland Area. We are growing and currently looking for talented individuals to be part of our team and help the group accomplish our Mission to provide an exceptional customer service experience through our commitment of "We Buy Volume, So You Pay Wholesale."

Job Responsibilites:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Stay updated on industry trends and new car models

Requirements:
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cold call and generate leads
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Experience in inventory control is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math for calculating profit margins and commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
